As we continue to experience the accelerated use of digital channels in financial services, please be aware that as of July 1, 2025, our automated phone banking system will no longer be available. While we understand this represents a change for you, we are confident we can continue to offer you the service you need for all your banking needs.
We provide other options for you to have convenient access to your account(s) from anywhere, at any time. Whether you want to check your balance, transfer funds or request checks, we encourage you to take advantage of these additional services:
- Sign up for Online Banking and have access to your account(s) right from your mobile phone or computer.
- Call our Member Call Center during normal business hours and a member of our team will be happy to assist you. Give us a call at 1-877-273-3488, Option 7.
