CPlant Federal Credit Union is aware of the recent service outage impacting CrowdStrike. While C-Plant does not currently have any systems directly impacted by this event, we are closely monitoring the situation.

As a best practice, please remain vigilant against phishing attacks and other impersonation attempts. Remember that C-Plant employees will never contact you by phone or email to ask for your online banking credentials or personal information.

If you suspect a caller is not from C-Plant, please hang up and call your local branch or 1-877-CREDITU.

If you receive a call from anyone posing as CrowdStrike Support, please ask for a callback number and relay that information to your local C-Plant representatives.
