Voice Response

Each C-Plant member has access to their account using our Ultra Voice Audio Response System. This system allows you to access your account via a telephone.


 

System Features

1.  Get balances on all accounts.
2.  Transfer between account types (i.e. savings to checking)
3.  Transfer to/from all accounts to which you have a joint relationship with.
4.  Make loan payments by transfer.
5.  Access all line of credit (minimum disbursal of $100)
6.  Access home equity
7.  Change your PIN number.
8.  Review account history for cleared checks, etc.
9.  Offers current rates for loans, shares and investments.
10. Offers friendly step-by-step instructions on how to navigate the system.

 

Instructions

To use the Audio Response System simply dial one of the phone numbers 534-1081 or 534-4669 or toll free at 877-273-3488. You will be prompted for your 6 digit account number and your PIN.

 

The first time you log on, the system will ask you for your social security number to set up your account relationship. Then you will assign a  person identification number (PIN) by choosing a number between 4 and 10 digits long.

 

If you were a member of the credit union prior to June 1, 2000 you will need to use your account number plus the first number of your account number suffix. (i.e. 34444-014 becomes 344440). This will be your account number from now on. If you joined the credit union after June 1, 2000, you will use your assigned number as designated on your member card.
