*Foreign ATMs are any ATM that is not located at a C-Plant branch.  After the fifth transaction, there will be a $1.00 transaction fee accessed to your account.  Foreign ATM owners may impose an additional surcharge for ATM transactions at their machines (C-Plant has no control over such surcharges).

If you opt in to Privilege Pay Services your charges will be paid and there will be a $30.00 fee for insufficient funds on debit card transactions.

If you have a delinquent loan 30 days or older, your debit card will not work.  Once the loan is brought current or less than 30 days delinquent, your debit card will work effective immediately.
